Under the general supervision of the Division Chief, the Project Development Officer III formulates and enhances policies, guidelines, and strategies related to the Family Development Sessions (FDS). The position ensures effective implementation of FDS through continuous monitoring, evaluation, and provision of technical assistance to regional counterparts. The PDO III also contributes to the development of responsive learning materials and knowledge products that support policy directions and program improvement.
Provide technical staff support to the Division through:
Obtain 75% of the maximum total score or 45 points in Education, Training, and Experience (ETE)
Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
