COMPUTER MAINTENANCE TECHNOLOGIST II

CSC-PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Management/Technology
- Training: At least four (8) hours training in logistics, information and communications technology, systems administration and general administration
- Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in logistics, information and communications technology, systems administration and general administration
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/2nd Level Eligibility
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision of the Section Head, the position ensures the efficient distribution, maintenance and usage of Information Technology (IT) equipment of the 4Ps Bureau.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Facilitates distribution and/or transfer of accountability of all IT equipment
- Prepares and submits the inventory of all office equipment to the Property Management Division on a semestral/annual basis
- Takes care of the safekeeping and maintenance of all IT equipment
- Facilitates requests of NPMO staff to bring office equipment/s outside the workplace and tracks the proper return of said equipment/s
- Provides basic IT services to NPMO staff
- Ensures proper disposal of unserviceable IT equipment and
- Performs other related task as directed by the key principals.
Job Outputs
- Updated 4Ps Bureau Inventory Report submitted to the AS-PSAMD on a semestral/annual basis.
- Updated property accountabilities issued to bureau staff including transfer of accountability and disposal of unserviceable properties.
- Signed / approved property forms facilitated (Gate Pass, FETS, PESP, PTR, etc.) immediately upon requests.
- Provision of technical assistance on basic software/hardware related concerns to 4Ps Bureau staff.
- Performs other related task as directed by the key principals.

- Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% of the maximum total score or 45 points in Education, Training, and Experience (ETE)
- Final Shortlisting: Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
