Job summary

AnchorEd is seeking a Performance Marketing Copywriter to craft compelling, conversion-focused copy for paid campaigns across AnchorEd's brand portfolio. You will write for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more, tailoring tone to each channel to boost engagement.

You'll collaborate with the Digital Marketing Associate and Head of Performance Marketing, develop multiple copy variations, and ensure alignment with campaign goals while maintaining each brand's voice across the school brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of digital marketing and creative experience; agency background preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range in tone, format, and audience targeting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Write ad copy, headlines, and creative concepts for paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Tailor and optimize copy based on channel performance and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Associate and Head of Performance Marketing to align copy with campaign goals.
• Develop and test multiple copy variations to support performance optimization.
• Partner with the Creative team to ensure copy and visuals work cohesively.
• Adapt tone and messaging across AnchorEd's different school brands while preserving each brand's voice.
• Stay current on ad copy best practices, platform formats, and creative trends.
