Job summary

You will create concise video scripts for YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, while adapting tone for various audiences and platforms. A portfolio demonstrating persuasive writing is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in copywriting, content writing, advertising, or related fields.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Strong understanding of persuasive writing, customer psychology, storytelling, headlines, hooks, and CTAs.
• Experience writing marketing copy for digital platforms, websites, social media, ads, or email campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing.
• Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences, platforms, and stages of the customer journey.
• Ability to simplify technical information into clear, persuasive copy.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive copy for websites, landing pages, social media, ads, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Develop compelling headlines, hooks, calls-to-action, taglines, and campaign messages.
• Create copy addressing customer needs, objections, and motivations.
• Write short-form and long-form video scripts for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Adapt messaging and tone based on audience, platform, and marketing objective.
• Research solar energy products, services, customer behavior, competitors, and industry trends.
• Apply basic SEO and keyword research principles in website and search-focused content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Editing, Design, and Production teams.
• Review and revise copy based on feedback and campaign performance.
• Monitor content and campaign performance to identify opportunities for stronger messaging.
