Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned designer to translate global campaign concepts into high-impact digital assets for e-commerce and paid media. You will collaborate with E-commerce, CRM, and Creative teams to deliver channel-specific content across markets in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes rapid production at scale, strong brand fidelity, and the ability to adapt assets for multiple markets including Australia, US, UK, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in fast-paced digital or e-commerce.
• Experience in paid social advertising and e-commerce creative.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, esp. Photoshop.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
• Able to adapt assets for multiple markets and channels.

Responsibilities

• Create high-volume digital assets across e-commerce and paid media.
• Produce assets across Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, and the UK.
• Adapt global hero campaigns into channel-specific variations.
• Develop creative iterations for regional and influencer campaigns.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, CRM, and Global Creative teams to deliver assets.
• Contribute ideas for A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
• Manage multiple creative requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Support increased production during major promotional campaigns and product launches.
