Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking a People Partner to lead the professional area, applying evidence-based HR practices with empathy and a drive to succeed. You will shape policies, drive organization effectiveness, and embed the HR Operating Model across the business.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, HR analytics, and a strategic mindset. Expect on-site work with night shifts; relocation support to Bacolod is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years in a business partner model with local managers.
• Knowledge of current HR issues and trends; continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the professional area and drive evidence-based practice.
• Develop and implement solutions aligned to strategy.
• Lead the HR vision and embed the HR Operating Model.
• Define policies and processes supporting strategy and objectives.
• Engage with program clients to ensure policy adoption across the organization.
• Drive consistent talent attraction, development, and management.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to align tools and policies and improve performance.
• Use data analytics to measure policy effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Provide expert input across HR issues and design high-impact solutions.
• Coach managers to anticipate and address organizational issues.
• Participate in projects to uphold Ubiquity’s employer reputation.
• Stay current with HR trends and best practices.
• Share best practices and potential Ubiquity-wide activities within HR.
