Job summary

Ubiquity is looking for a Data Analyst, People Technology, who will apply SQL expertise to ensure data integrity across enterprise HR platforms. You’ll lead RCA efforts, investigate incidents, and deliver reliable data lineage while collaborating across HR and IT teams.

The role requires 3+ years in HR analytics or IT process analysis and a strong ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights. You will design dashboards and reports that support strategic HR decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, technical data analysis, or IT process analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills for database investigation, data validation, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform database RCA and ensure system integrity across HR platforms.
• Write, optimize, and run SQL queries to inspect data and validate schemas.
• Conduct data quality audits and risk assessments to prevent data issues.
• Design and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Serve as liaison between HR, IT, vendors for data requirements.
• Document processes and maintain a knowledge base for workflows.
