Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports related to headcount, turnover, staffing, demographics, recruiting, and metrics.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and validate employee data to ensure accuracy.
• Support HR dashboards, scorecards, and standardized reporting tools.
• Identify trends, data inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support HR data imports, audits, reconciliations, and system updates.
• Document HR processes, workflows, and operating practices.
