A leading HR solutions provider is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee U.S. employee benefits and lead the People Solutions & Benefits team. Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. employee benefits and people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and data transactions.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR and benefits processes.
• Resolve complex employee issues and serve as key partner to Operations leaders.
• Lead and develop the People Solutions & Benefits team.
• Drive process improvements and maintain HRIS data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus).
• 7+ years in people operations or U.S. benefits administration; 4–5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in high-volume, operations-heavy environments (BPO, shared services, healthcare, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, benefits, HRIS systems, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
