Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a People Services Officer based in Eastwood, Quezon City. This hybrid, day-shift role focuses on onboarding, payroll support, and HR administration to ensure smooth labour hire processes for clients.

You will maintain onboarding records, audit new starter documentation, coordinate contracts and indents, and assist with timesheet reports and off-boarding activities. Competitive rewards and healthcare are offered.

Qualifications

• Onboarding workflow and labour hire audits
• Experience coordinating onboarding requests and contracts
• Maintaining accurate onboarding spreadsheets and portals

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding activities for labour hire workers and coordinate onboarding requests
• Ensure end-client requirements are met using client portals
• Maintain and update onboarding spreadsheets for recruitment teams
• Audit new starter onboarding and collate responses within timeframes
• Review and renew documents in JobAdder and contact employees as needed
• Assist with timesheet reports and payroll tasks
• Provide ad hoc administrative support and cover for team members when needed
