Job summary

AECOM in the Philippines is seeking an HR Systems Support Analyst to handle Workday requests, process bulk HR transactions, and resolve system tickets within SLA. You’ll work in a hybrid setup and collaborate with a global HR services team.

The role requires 2 years in HR shared services, a bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills, with familiarity of Workday/Oracle systems. Join a global firm delivering infrastructure solutions and secure onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of HR services / shared services experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday/Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic Workday requests and transactions by following standard methodologies.
• Process assigned bulk requests.
• Escalates complex HR systems queries to back-end support or senior group members as necessary.
• Ensures all BPAA transactions are completed within SLA.
• Provide standard systems guidance and walkthrough to support customers as required.
• Update the contact center ticketing system for assigned transactions.
• Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Perform multiple routine/ad hoc tasks in compliance with SLA, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute/Provide insights to CI initiatives to optimize processes.
