Job summary

Digital Edge DC is a data center platform expanding across Asia Pacific. We are seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in the Philippines, focusing on lifecycle management, recruitment support, and payroll coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR experience, knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors. Fluency in English and local language is required, with strong interpersonal skills and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and employment regulations.
• Experience in payroll, timekeeping, and government-m mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and Talent Acquisition activities in the country.
• Manage employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
• Coordinate benefits administration (insurance, leave, allowances).
• Assist with payroll preparation and data validation.
• Ensure HR data accuracy in systems and files.
