Job summary

Cyber One is seeking an HR Associate to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination and compliance. The role reports to the HR Lead and emphasizes a security-minded approach to daily HR operations.

Responsibilities include HR records maintenance, HRIS data management, and producing HR dashboards. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years’ HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR, Recruitment, or People Operations experience.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms; experience with Sprout preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and administration.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, leave, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations; prepare reports and analytics.
