Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring an HR Specialist in Pampanga (Angeles). You will work from the office in a morning/mid shift, handling compensation, payroll, and HR records. This role supports various finance and HR processes across staff movements and client engagements.

The ideal candidate brings knowledge of PH and global compensation and benefits, plus HRIS experience and strong attention to detail for accurate admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable with PH and Global Compensation and Benefits.
• Has HRIS and other HR platform experience.
• Keen to details.

Responsibilities

• Manage Staff Central pages and LOI/Engaged/Hub requests.
• Update staff records for titles, departments and client status.
• Handle payroll-related reports and salary adjustments.
• Prepare staff movement documents (merit, promotions, transfers).
• Coordinate with managers and Finance on salary concerns.
• Create monthly performance and compensation reports.
