Job summary

The role covers offer processing, onboarding coordination, verification follow-up, documentation, lifecycle transactions, benefits, case resolution, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations or a related HR service delivery environment.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Oracle HCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage offer processing, onboarding coordination, and verification follow-up.
• Handle employee documentation and lifecycle transactions with data accuracy.
• Participate in HR reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support benefits administration and compliance with policies.
