Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group is seeking a proactive HR Senior Advisor / Engagement Officer to lead employee engagement programs, coordinate events, manage communications, and maintain training records. You will collaborate with business leaders to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, learning administration, and working across APAC with diverse teams, offering growth opportunities in a global logistics context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee events, communications, learning & development, or similar roles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and event coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, Canva, and other digital collaboration tools.
• Comfortable facilitating events, presenting to employees, and working with data to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, wellness activities, recognition initiatives, and CSR projects.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, communications, attendance tracking, and post-event feedback.
• Maintain training records, learning documentation, and capability development trackers.
• Analyze engagement and training data to provide actionable insights and support reporting.
• Drive process improvements through digital tools, automation, and best-practice HR solutions.
• Partner with supervisors, committees, and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
