Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement or related functions.
Experience in organizing engagement activities, company events, or internal campaigns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Implements employee engagement programs and initiatives aligned with goals and values.
Plans and coordinates employee activities, events, and recognition programs.
Conducts surveys and feedback activities; analyzes results to identify trends.
Supports experience and recognition programs to boost motivation and collaboration.
Develops internal communications related to engagement campaigns.
Monitors participation and prepares engagement reports for management.
Coordinates with HR, business units, and stakeholders for successful implementation.
Supports Employee Engagement Lead and handles related projects.
