Responsibilities

• Create a support community within the Division to champion employee engagement.
• Lead in the conduct of all employee engagement activity for the Division, from planning to execution.
• Leads the communication in all material related to the engagement activities.
• Ensure events are done within the approved budget / accrual.
• Champion the spirit of teambuilding and camaraderie in all activities.
• Ensure that all activities are impacting all sites / warehouses / employee types.
• Champion inclusion and diversity.
• Create a calendar plotting all employee engagement activities for the Division.
• Maintain a verified and attested list of partners and providers to support internal activities.
• Monitor and safekeep all internal tokens / giveaways.
