The ideal candidate will be people-focused, able to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leadership, and adept at translating data into meaningful people actions while maintaining confidentiality and trust.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong experience in employee experience, engagement, culture, and performance management.
• Analytical and reporting skills to convert HR data into insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Keka.
• Strong project management and ownership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Employee Experience & Culture across the lifecycle.
• Drive engagement initiatives and the annual experience calendar.
• Oversee PMS, goals, reviews, and PMS dashboards across locations.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards and actionable insights.
• Handle employee relations with empathy and confidentiality.
• Partner with managers to resolve people-related matters.
• Act as primary HR contact for Mumbai employees.
• Lead talent development and succession planning discussions.
