• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR with HRBP experience.
• Experience with business leaders, managers, cross-functional teams.
• Strong talent management, employee engagement, and org development.
• Comfortable working with people data and translating insights.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted P&C partner to business leaders and management.
• Translate business objectives into people strategies and initiatives.
• Provide insights on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and retention.
• Monitor people metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
