Job summary

Remitly is seeking a People Business Partner to shape People strategies, partner with senior leaders, and drive engagement across global teams. You will lead Talent development, succession planning, and policy updates while ensuring local compliance and a strengths-based culture.

The role requires onsite work with a flexible schedule, including night shifts, and a commitment to Remitly's mission and values. You will partner across HR to deliver impactful people programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Business Partner or HR generalist role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field (preferred).
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Strong partnership with managers and senior leaders to drive People initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders in your LOB to ensure understanding of People strategies and timely implementation of initiatives.
• Organization Development and Process Improvement: Improve processes with Senior PBP for alignment across regional offices and local labor laws.
• HR Operations Support: Manage onboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, and recruitment participation to identify culture-fit.
