Job summary

Tech One Philippines is seeking a motivated People & Culture Intern to assist Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement. You will participate in real HR projects and learn the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding and engagement activities.

You will collaborate with a diverse team in a flexible, hybrid work setup, gaining practical HR experience while contributing to meaningful projects and processes.

Your role in a nutshell:

As a People & Culture Intern at Tech One, you will support a wide range of Human Resource functions, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement. You will be involved in real HR projects and learn how to create people-first experiences across the employee lifecycle; from recruitment to engagement.

What You Will Do:

Talent Acquisition Support:

• Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes for open roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments
• Help build recruitment campaign materials and maintain candidate pipelines
• Learn and support tools and systems used in recruitment processes

People Operations & Administration:

• Support employee onboarding processes for new hires and interns
• Help organize and maintain digital employee records
• Assist in internal communications and HR documentation
• Provide admin support for day-to-day People & Culture tasks

Employee Engagement & Culture Projects:

• Contribute to the planning of company events, virtual and onsite
• Support initiatives that drive team collaboration and culture
• Help gather feedback from engagement activities and brainstorm improvements

What We Look For:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn more about the HR field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with people and communicating professionally
