Job summary

Laguna Southwoods Products, Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor to administer compensation benefits, interpret HR policies, organize company events, and conduct trainings.

This role will also assist in general company administration. The position requires strong HR experience, leadership, and knowledge of employment laws, with responsibilities spanning employee relations, policy implementation and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR role

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on DOLE regulations and HR practices
• Administer HR plans and personnel policies
• Counsel managers on performance management and documentation
• Coordinate recruitment processes and screening
• Plan staffing needs and organizational structure
• Conduct new-hire orientations and explain benefits
• Counsel employees on HR policies and practices
• Identify training and development needs
• Suggest improvements to HR policies and procedures
• Provide HR-related training as needed
• May perform non-HR duties as assigned
• Assist VP with administrative tasks and permits compliance
