What role will you play?

You will play a key role in supporting the operational effectiveness of the Macquarie Group Foundation's global programmes. Working across systems, data, governance and stakeholder groups, you will help optimise processes, deliver meaningful reporting and insights, manage technology platforms and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will have exposure to programme operations, business management, governance, vendor management and strategic projects within a global organisation.

What You Offer

• Experience in business operations, programme management, project coordination or a similar operational environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into practical recommendations
• Experience working with business systems, technology platforms or operational processes, with Benevity experience highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for improving processes, controls and ways of working.
