Job summary

Synpulse is seeking a People Insights & Process Manager to join the Operations function on a 12-month maternity cover with potential extension. The role focuses on driving workforce analytics, improving processes, and delivering HR technology solutions across APAC, Europe, and the Americas.

You will partner with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliant operations while leading annual People programmes and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, People Excellence, HR Technology, People Analytics or HR Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain People dashboards, reports and workforce analytics.
• Analyse workforce data and provide actionable insights to leaders and stakeholders.
• Monitor reporting accuracy and data quality checks.
