Job summary

Eaton is seeking a seasoned sales and channel leader to grow the PDSS business in the Philippines. You will drive growth through existing channels, build new partnerships, and deliver technical and commercial support to customers and partners.

Role requires 5–7 years in sales/channel management within electrical/electronics sectors, with strong English communication and a proactive, collaborative style. On-site in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering or related technical discipline.
5–7 years in sales, business development, channel management or technical support.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and solutions for power networks.
Excellent communication and collaboration across cultures.
Proactive, independent and driven in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the PDSS business in the Philippines to drive growth via existing channels.
Establish, monitor and evaluate performance of channels in the Philippines market.
Collaborate with stakeholders to expand channel partnerships and provide product support.
Develop sales growth strategies for new products and solutions locally.
Prepare sales budgets, forecasts and communicate updates to leadership.
Coordinate with Credit/Finance on distributor terms and payments.
Organize training for partners on compliance and ethics standards.
