Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking payroll professionals to join our Payroll Department at multiple levels (Analyst to Senior Specialist) handling payroll across NA, APAC, EMEA and ANZ.

The role reviews timekeeping, validates records, resolves employee inquiries, and maintains payroll data to ensure accurate calculations in automated systems.

Hybrid setup at BGC, Taguig with flexible morning, mid-shift and night schedules.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processes across NA, APAC, EMEA and ANZ.

Responsibilities

• Complete payroll functions in a timely manner and in full compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Review timecards and support payroll processing as needed.
• Educate, train and assist employees with time & attendance system.
• Support payroll initiatives around simplification and standardization.
• Process direct deposits and special payments (bonuses, merit increases, etc.).
• Liaise with third-party payroll providers to resolve issues.
• Review payroll registers for accuracy before funding.
• Process garnishments and court orders as required.

We are currently pooling for Payroll professionals to join our Payroll Department team for various levels (Analyst, Specialist, Senior Specialist and Supervisor and leadership positions) handling multiple locations (NA, APAC, EMEA and ANZ).

The Payroll role reviews and validates timekeeping records. This role responds to inquiries from employees regarding deductions, calculations, and changes in compensation. Prepares, compiles, and maintains various statistical and payroll records to ensure programmed calculations in automated systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete payroll functions in a timely manner & in full compliance with company policies & labor laws.
• Review timecards and support any other processes needed to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Educate, train and assist employees with T&A system.
• Support business-wide and payroll-specific initiatives around simplification and standardization.
• Key employee direct deposits and process special payments such as meal allowances, bonuses, merit increases, and cash advances.
• Reviews forms, templates and letters for compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with third party payroll providers to resolve payroll challenges.
• Review payroll registers for accuracy and completeness before payroll funding.
• Process garnishments and court orders which include child support, tax levies, student loans, and wage assignments.
• Manage multiple reports and provide to management as needed.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processes across various regions (NA, APAC, EMEA and ANZ)
• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree.
• Relevant payroll experience based on role level:
• Analyst: 0–2 years
• Specialist: 3–4 years
• Senior Specialist: 4–6 years
• Supervisor: 6+ years
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at the BGC, Taguig site.
• Open to working morning, mid-shift, and night shift schedules.
