Job summary

Cold Link Asia Logistics Corporation is seeking a Payroll & Timekeeping Assistant for a 6-month maternity leave reliever contract based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will handle attendance, leaves, overtime, and payroll adjustments with confidentiality and accuracy.

The role requires a degree in psychology, HRM, or related field, and at least 6 months of payroll experience. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and independent work capability are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HRM, or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in payroll and timekeeping.
• Knowledge of attendance, overtime, leave, and payroll processing.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and HR documentation.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify employee attendance, leaves, tardiness, undertime, and overtime.
• Prepare and consolidate payroll inputs and adjustments.
• Resolve payroll and timekeeping discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist with payroll reports and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
