The candidate will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate payroll operations, data integrity, and compliance. Shift is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Payroll Systems experience, Dayforce preferred; UKG/Lawson/Infor also acceptable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and operational support for Payroll and HCM platforms.
• Manage security access and employee data in Dayforce and other systems.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
