Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst, Fleet Finance Support Ops to support shipboard finance teams with financial applications and related programs.

This role gathers system requirements, documents capabilities, and coordinates with Financial Systems, IT, and hotel/ops teams to implement new processes. Night shift work (8pm–5am) in Metro Manila is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or systems support.
Strong understanding of financial data analysis tools and systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros/VBA and interactive reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide insights and support to onboard Fleet Finance Team with various financial applications.
Maintain and monitor financial applications used by onboard departments.
Assist in immediate resolution of system issues onboard.
Review issues to request defect/maintenance cases for long-term resolution.
Create and publish financial reporting with onboard teams.
Develop, publish, and distribute user queries including SOX requirements.
Collaborate with Financial Technology Team during testing and releases.
Draft manuals for system initiatives and projects.
Assist in development of new tools, reports, and analyses for Finance partners.
Must be amenable to work 8pm–5am Philippine time.
