Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Systems Support Administrator to provide functional and operational support for Dayforce HCM and other payroll systems.

The role involves resolving system issues, supporting payroll and timekeeping, managing employee data, and assisting with reporting and configurations. The position requires collaboration with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders, with a shift that may include night hours and offshore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Payroll system certification or HR/IS background is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce and other payroll/HCM platforms.
• Experience in a shared services or help desk environment required.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; must be customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and operational support for Payroll and HCM platforms.
• Resolve system issues and support payroll/timekeeping processes.
• Maintain employee data and administer security access.
• Assist with configuration, reporting, and integrations.
