Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1 year of payroll processing or compensation and benefits roll experience in HR back office for a multinational company.
• Experience handling Singapore payroll is preferred but not required.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist Payroll Specialists in processing pay transactions timely, accurately and confidentially.
• Input and maintain all pay-related and statutory data in SAP.
• Ensure timesheets are complete, accurate and approved.
• Implement and follow a formal new starter process for payroll purposes.
• Calculate leave balances and adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and file payroll-related paperwork after each pay period.
• Contribute to delivery and improvement of payroll systems and services.
• Handle employee inquiries on payroll and benefits.
• Assist in preparing management reports from payroll data.
• Ensure data integrity and system security through configuration, rules, access and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
• Ad hoc tasks as requested.
