My Dream Media in Makati is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process salaries accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience.

You will handle payroll calculations, attendance, deductions, and reporting while coordinating with HR and Finance. Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel, along with strong confidentiality and communication skills, are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR or related field.
• Experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll for employees on a scheduled basis.
• Compute salaries, overtime, deductions, incentives, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance regarding payroll concerns.
• Prepare payroll reports and related documentation.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding salary and payroll concerns.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances, and government contributions.
