Job summary

Medtronic plc in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an Associate Payroll Analyst to join Global Payroll Business Support. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, data integrity, and compliance in a hybrid work setting.

You will work with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve payroll inquiries, contribute to process improvements, and ensure timely payroll delivery while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in payroll processing, payroll administration, or payroll operations.
• Experience supporting payroll transactions, inquiries, reconciliations, and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing to ensure accurate, on-schedule payments.
• Investigate and resolve payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and issues per procedures.
• Review, validate, and maintain payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting for regulatory needs.
• Document and maintain payroll procedures and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, vendors, and stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Support system, process, and continuous improvement initiatives in payroll operations.
• Use payroll systems and reporting tools to monitor transactions and analyze data.
