Job summary

Valor Global Philippines seeks a meticulous Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll cycles in a dynamic Philippine BPO environment. You will handle gross-to-net calculations, deductions, bonuses, and government-mandated benefits to ensure accurate compensation for employees.

You will address payroll inquiries, tax concerns, and final pay computations, and prepare monthly payroll registers and variance analyses for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR, or related field.
• At least 6 months of payroll processing experience, preferably in the BPO or shared services industry.
• Strong understanding of local labor standards, tax classifications, and statutory benefit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including gross-to-net calculations, deductions, bonuses, and government-mandated benefits.
• Audit and reconcile biometric logs, night differentials, overtime, and holiday pay.
• Ensure accurate withholding and timely filing of government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, tax concerns, and final pay computations.
• Prepare monthly payroll registers, labor cost reports, and variance analyses for management review.
