Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.

• Solid understanding of local labor standards and tax classifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including gross-to-net calculations, deductions, bonuses, and government-mandated benefits.
• Audit and reconcile biometric logs, night differentials, overtime, and holiday pay.
• Ensure accurate withholding and timely filing of government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Act as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries, tax concerns, and final pay computations.
• Prepare monthly payroll registers, labor cost reports, and variance analyses for management review.
