The role includes data integrity, shadow payroll oversight, and timely delivery of payroll outputs via Workday. We seek a professional with 5+ years in payroll within Asian territories, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll experience in Asian territories and multinational environments.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, local labour laws and payroll accounting reconciliations.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and data privacy discipline.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and consolidate multi-country payroll inputs to ensure timely employee compensation.
• Manage payroll changes efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
• Perform detailed payroll calculations, checks and analysis.
• Oversee shadow payroll management and vendor relationships.
• Establish robust internal controls for payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Track and manage internal company loans and payroll-related audits.
• Generate comprehensive payroll reports for new hires, transfers and exits.
• Maintain payroll processes and procedures with thorough audit trails.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity for all payroll information.
