Reconciliations, Reporting and Controls
  • Complete payroll reconciliations, including payroll journals, bank file, statutory deduction, superannuation or KiwiSaver, leave and year-end reconciliations.
  • Prepare movement reports, end-of-month reporting, statutory reports and other payroll analysis as required.
  • Identify payroll risks, control gaps and unusual results, and work with the Payroll Manager to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records, explanations and evidence within required timeframes.
Employee and Stakeholder Support
  • Respond to payroll enquiries professionally, accurately and within agreed service timeframes, while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate escalation.
  • Build effective working relationships with employees, People and Culture, Finance, program teams, payroll providers and other internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain process documentation, checklists and work instructions, and contribute to cross-training and business continuity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency, controls and employee experience, and assist with approved payroll projects and system changes.
  • Undertake other payroll-related duties and project tasks reasonably required to support team and organisational priorities.
HSE Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for ensuring departmental activities comply with WHS and environmental requirements by following and supporting DT Global’s HSE Management System, legislative obligations, policies and procedures; promoting safe work practices; seeking assistance where needed; and promptly reporting hazards, incidents, injuries and unsafe conditions.
Quality Assurance
  • Comply with the DT Global Asia Pacific Quality Management System and provide feedback or recommendations where processes or controls may require improvement
