Responsibilities include collecting attendance data, calculating payroll, preparing payslips and bank files, coordinating inquiries, and maintaining confidential payroll records.

Qualifications

• College level or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Payroll processing experience and strong numerical accuracy.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll or HR systems.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
