Overview

Assist the Payroll Officer in the efficient operation of processing payroll. Maintains and processes payroll records and reports for account salary/wages due, deductions, and other payroll functions.

Responsibilities

• Handles PSSI semi-monthly payroll for daily and monthly rate employees
• Handles and prepares weekly payroll of P7 delivery payroll and P6 production
• Verifies employees’ hours worked, time, and attendance entry prepared by HR
• Consolidates approved overtime, leave of absences, and employees’ gate pass
• In-charged to input delivery rate per client of P7 Delivery Trip and other related work prior to preparation of weekly payroll under manpower agency
• Prepares weekly allowances of P7 delivery personnel (PSSI Direct and under Manpower agency)
• Prepares and distributes individual pay slip
• Maintains ledger for employee government loan, advances, and other deductions
• In-charged of verifying employees’ time and attendance of forwarded payroll billing
• Prepares and generates SSS R3, SSS LMS, and Pag-Ibig STLRF reports and premium contribution
• Maintains a good filing system of records of SSS and Pag-Ibig
• Coordinates with SSS and Pag-Ibig personnel regarding employees’ unposted loan payments and prepares correspondence
• Performs other tasks that may be required from time to time

• Knowledgeable of government-mandated reports
