Job summary

enablesGROUP in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with strong Australian payroll expertise to deliver end-to-end payroll for ~250 employees. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with EA interpretations, and collaborate with the onshore Payroll Manager.

The role covers timesheet administration, reporting, and system work in Employment Hero Payroll and NetSuite, with a hybrid schedule (3x onsite, 2x WFH) from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of Australian payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and EA interpretation.
• Experience processing high-volume payrolls.
• Proficiency in Employment Hero Payroll and Employment Hero HR.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for ~250 employees across multiple employment types.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and entitlements.
• Validate payroll data and reconcile transactions prior to processing.
• Manage payroll adjustments, back pays, terminations, and corrections.
