Job summary

RSO Architecture seeks a Payroll Manager to oversee bi-weekly to monthly payrolls, ensuring accurate timekeeping, wage calculations, and deductions. You will lead payroll staff, maintain compliance with PH tax and labor regulations, and support HRIS data integrity across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in payroll processing and HR experience, with proficiency in Workday or ADP and advanced MS Excel skills. This full-time role is based in the Philippines (Metro Manila).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, business admin or related field.
• 3-5 years payroll processing and HR experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Proficiency in payroll software (Workday, ADP) and MS Excel; knowledge of PH tax contributions.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Oversee the preparation and processing of bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payrolls.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate payroll staff. Manage daily workflows and resolve escalated payroll issues.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure strict adherence to local tax and labor regulations. Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with audits.
• HR Data Management: Coordinate with the broader HR team to update employee records in the HRIS.
• Employee Support: Act as the primary contact for complex payroll inquiries, resolving discrepancies in paychecks or benefits.
