Responsibilities

• Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third party payments)
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades; liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
• Work as a fully contributed team member under broad supervision to build domain expertise and handle complex projects
• Handle tasks outside defined scope with judgement and escalate when needed
• Ensure completion of standard and non-standard tasks within function scope
• Recognize and adapt to standard/non-standard situations in line with business goals

Responsibilities

• Professionals in this group are responsible to develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third party payments).
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades. Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits.
• Professionals in this group work as fully contributed team member under broad supervision. They further build up on domain expertise along required technical skills.
• They work on complex projects which are not similar or routine based using standard concepts and principles using their knowledge and judgement.
• They elevate issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems outside the defined scope.
• They are accountable for the completion of standard/non standard tasks within the scope of the function.
• They recognizes and acts on standard/non standard situations, and adapts work to business goals.
