Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group's Operations Payroll team in Manila is seeking a full-time Operations Payroll Coordinator. The role tracks, posts time and responds to payroll questions for Manila contact center employees daily, coordinating with Workforce Planning and HR to ensure accurate payroll and benefit hours.

Candidates should have strong data entry skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office; experience in a contact center environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred or 1–2 years’ payroll/data entry experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ payroll, data entry and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit and consolidate agent worked hours to payroll systems; maintain accurate employee information.
• Update payroll cycles every two weeks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain payroll and operations staffing system data; assist with terminations and checks.
• Prepare reports for management or HR on payroll history and paid time off.
• Handle payroll inquiries via email, phone and in-person interactions with staff, HR and leadership.
