Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Manila is seeking a detail‑driven Operations Payroll Coordinator to track, post, and review payroll data daily for a large contact center workforce across North America and the Philippines.

You will work closely with Workforce Planning, contact center leadership, HR, and Corporate Payroll to ensure compliance with government and company payroll guidelines, providing timely payroll support and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Position requires a high school diploma. Associate degree preferred or at least 1–2 years’ experience in a payroll or data entry position.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ of payroll, data entry and/or customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit and consolidate agent worked hours to payroll systems.
• Update current payroll cycle every two weeks to ensure accurate pay.
• Maintain payroll system with up-to-date employee information and terminations.
• Prepare reports for management using historical payroll data.
• Handle payroll inquiries from staff, HR and leadership via email/phone.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
