Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group, a leader in the vacation industry, is seeking a full-time Operations Payroll Coordinator in Manila to support payroll for 2,300 employees across North America and the Philippines.

Under supervision you will track and post hours, audit time-off entitlements, and collaborate with Corporate Payroll and HR to ensure compliance with government and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Position requires a high school diploma. Associate degree preferred or at least 1-2 years’ experience in a payroll or data entry position.
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ of payroll, data entry and/or customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and post employee hours to payroll systems and address data discrepancies.
• Ensure deadlines for payroll cycles are met biweekly.
• Audit payroll entries and maintain spreadsheet accuracy.
• Generate reports for management and HR related to payroll
• Respond to payroll questions or policy inquiries from staff and leadership.
