Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking a Payroll Officer for a hybrid, day-shift position. You will manage payroll processes, ensure accuracy, and uphold confidentiality across employee data with exposure to Australian payroll principles.

The ideal candidate has payroll systems experience (Employment Hero a plus), strong Excel skills, and the ability to deliver timely, compliant payroll support within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Payroll Officer, Payroll Administrator or similar role.
• Experience using payroll systems (Employment Hero is a plus).
• Good understanding of Australian payroll principles and legislation would be a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop payroll knowledge and skills.
