Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is hiring for a Payroll/HRIS oriented role in Ortigas/Cubao. The position handles account activation, data changes, attendance review, payroll inputs, reports, and final pay computations.

You will also conduct payroll orientations and manage access in the payroll system. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, at least 1 year of related experience or fresh graduates considered, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Commerce or similar course.

Responsibilities

• Process account activation for new hire accounts in the payroll system.
• Process employment data changes in the payroll system such as updates on cost center regularization status, separation and team transfers.
• Conduct bi-monthly review of attendance records and assist in timekeeping issues.
• Process payroll inputs including salary, allowances, attendance, earnings, deductions and loans.
• Generate timekeeping, payroll and remittance reports from the payroll system.
• Ensure accuracy of timekeeping reports for payroll reference and incentive reviews.
• Prepare final pay computation and documents (ITR, Quitclaim waiver).
• Conduct Payroll Orientation.
• Process Leave benefits additions in the payroll system.
• Attend to payroll-related inquiries.
• Maintain timekeeping and payroll trackers.
• Manage access, scopes and team assignments in the payroll system.
• Prepare government submission letters (employee additions/removals).
• Performs other timekeeping and payroll-related functions as assigned.
