The role requires handling end-to-end payroll processing, preparing final pays and BIR forms, and maintaining payroll records with accuracy. Strong English communication and MS Excel skills are essential, along with at least 1 year of payroll experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business-related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong English communication and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing with supporting reports.
• Prepare final pay computations and BIR Form 2316.
• Maintain and update payroll records in an organized manner.
• Address payroll-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Assist in government contributions, loans, and withholding tax reports.
• Support month-end, year-end, and fiscal year-end payroll tasks.
• Perform payroll-account reconciliations and related clerical tasks.
• Collaborate toward departmental goals and objectives.
