Job summary

Staffstream is seeking a Philippines-based Payroll & HR Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll and HR records in alignment with Australian business hours.

You will handle onboarding, offboarding, and routine HR inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy. The role offers a stable, full-time remote position with equipment provided and local employment compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll or HR administration, end-to-end payroll processing.
• Ability to interpret Australian awards and superannuation obligations.
• Proficient in payroll and HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end to end each cycle with checks and manager approval.
• Maintain accurate HR records for new starters, changes, leave and terminations.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding using approved templates and HR system.
• Develop and maintain payroll/HR process guides and SOPs.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day guidance for staff and assist with audits.
